Rana pirica, the Ezo Brown Frog, or Hokkaidō Frog, is a species in the Ranidae family. It is found in Hokkaidō, Japan and Sakhalin. Its natural habitats are boreal forests, temperate forests, temperate shrubland, temperate grassland, rivers, swamps, intermittent freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, arable land, ponds, and irrigated land.
